The document is created for any external entity wishing to avail the services
of the JanSuraksha portal, to verify the existing bank account. The same
shall happen via OTP based verification wherein the OTP shall be triggered by
the bank to the registered number of the account holder and success or
failure response sent back to the portal via the API.
